1 jar | spaghetti sauce |
1 cup | water |
15 oz | Ricotta Cheese |
7oz | mozarella cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup | parmeasan |
1 | egg |
2 Tbsp | parsley |
6 | LASAGNA noodles, uncooked |
1 bag | Salad |
1 | bottle dressing |
1 | loaf bread |
6 lasagna noodles, uncooked
Brown meat; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water, Mix ricotta, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 2 tbsp parmesan, egg and parsley. Spoon 1 cup meat sauce into crock, top with layers of half each of the noodles, broken to fit. and cheese mixture. cover with 2 cups of remaining meat sauce. Top with remaining noodles, broken to fit, cheese mixture and meat sauce. cover with lid and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and let stand covered for 10 min. DO NOT COOK ON HIGH - DO NOT COOK ANY LONGER ONCE LIQUID IS ALL ABSORBED.
