Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

15 oz. | water |
2 1/2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 cups | white flour |
2 cups + 4 Tbsp | whole wheat flour |
3 Tbsp | sugar |
1 1/2 tsp | Salt |
4 tsp | active dry yeast or 3 tsp quick rise yeast |
Divide dough in two balls. Roll dough on floured surface into rounds. Pinch edges to form rim. Place on bizza sheet and top with desired toppings. Bake at 400 for about 15 min.
Make dough in bread machine (2lbs loaf). Makes 2 pizzas
