100g (4oz) | Butter |
Margarine, alternative | |
50g (2oz) | Castor Sugar |
1. Sift the flour and salt
2. Mix in the butter and the sugar with the flour
3. Combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste
4. Roll carefully on a floured table 1/2cm (1/4 inch)
Bake in a moderate oven at 180-200 C for 15-20 mins
