2 stalks | sliced celery |
1/2 | onion sliced |
2 | sliced leeks |
Lawrys salt and pepper | |
1 clove | garlic, pressed |
milk | |
water |
Peel potatoes, slice and simmer in milk and water. Add salt and pepper. Brown celery, onion, and leek until soft. Add to potato mixture. Add garlic, simmer for one hour. Serve with hard rolls or Italian bread.
