| Melt 2 tbls smart balance in pan |
Whisk in 2 tbls flour, 1/2 tsp salt
Till bubbly
Add 3/4 cup milk
Cook till boils and thickens
Blend in 1 cup cheddar cheese
Cook frozen broccoli for five minutes
In micro/oven dish
Pour cheese mixture over broccoli
Bake at 350' for 20 minutes
