Spaghetti sauce INGREDIENTS | |

1/2 chopped onion at end. | |
1 -14 oz. can | diced tomatoes |
1 -14 oz. can | crushed tomatoes |
1 - 28 oz can | tomato sauce |
3/4 to 1 teaspoon | salt |
3/4 to 1 | oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | garlic |

DIRECTIONS
Cook about 4 links of hot Italian sausage cut into fourths in 1 Tablespoon of olive oil. Cook 1/2 chopped onion at end. Add other stuff. The ratio is 1 -14 oz. can of diced tomatoes and 1 -14 oz. can of crushed tomatoes to 1 - 28 oz can of tomato sauce. For this I add about 3/4 to 1 teaspoon of salt and oregano and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic and cook for at least an hour.
