2 cans	petite tomatoes
1 can	rotell tomatoes, (mild or hot your choice)
1 can each	black beans, dark kidney beans,& red beans
1 medium	onion, chopped
1 pack	taco seasoning
1 can	whole kernel corn
1 can	water
Option
1 package	ranch dressing
1 lb	93 percent fat free ground beef
	ground turkey, alternative

In a pot cook beef and Onions
Add taco seasoning & water
Put in all the tomatoes
Drain beans & corn put in pot
Bring to a boil on medium high
Turn the heat to simmer for 20 minutes
Stir often
