|1||carrot, peeled, coarsely grated|
|1/4 cup||chopped basil|
|½||garlic clove, crushed|
|2 slices||mountain bread|
Combine the ricotta, carrot, basil and garlic in a small bowl.
Spread over the bread.
Place the salad leaves and tomato at one end of the bread, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
Halve each wrap using a sharp knife.
