    1 cup  sugar
    3  eggs
3 eggs yolks
    2 tsp  pure vanilla extract
    14 oz  sweeten condensed milk
    1.75 cups  whole milk
    2 oz  cream cheese, softened to room temperature

Melt sugar in non-stick pan slowly over medium heat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend eggs, yolk, vanilla, milk, condensed milk and cream cheese in blender 5 minutes. Pour melted carmelized sugar into individual cups or large, flat round bowl. Pour eggs/milk mixture over sugar. Plac mix into water bath, a large pan filled with boiling water half way up the the sides of baking dish. Bake 45 minutes until knife in center comes clean. Leave a little "jiggle" in center.
