¼ Cup | Fresh Lemon juice |
2 Tbs. | Minced Shallot |
2 tsp | Minced fresh garlic |
2 Cups | Macadamian Nut Oil |
2 tsp | Salt |
Up to ¼ cup water
In a blender, combine the egg, lemon juice, garlic and shallots. Puree 45sec-imin. With machine running, slowly add the oil and season with salt. Add water until it is thin enough to pour. Refridgerate. Keeps up to two weeks
