    1  Egg
    ¼ Cup  Fresh Lemon juice
    2 Tbs.  Minced Shallot
    2 tsp  Minced fresh garlic
    2 Cups  Macadamian Nut Oil
    2 tsp  Salt

Up to ¼ cup water

In a blender, combine the egg, lemon juice, garlic and shallots. Puree 45sec-imin. With machine running, slowly add the oil and season with salt. Add water until it is thin enough to pour. Refridgerate. Keeps up to two weeks
