1C | onion chopped |
2 cans mushroom soup w/roasted garlic | |
1/3C | water |
egg noodles | |
1 container | sour cream |
Fresh thyme sprig |
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. In slow cooker combine chicken, onion. In a small bowl combine soup and water. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-31/2 hours. Cook egg noodles to package directions. Just before serving stir in sour cream. Garnish with thyme.
