3 tbsp | Organic Dried Fruit Pineapple Pieces |
9 | Baby Carrots, Raw |
1 tsp | Cinnamon, Ground |
3 | scoop French Vanilla Whey Protein |
Blend everything together and form into a log type bar shape and let sit in fridge or cool dry area for about an hour or as long as you want. Cut in half for roughly 100 calorie snack.
