    500g  Penne pasta
    1  red capsicum
    1  zucchini, sliced
    1.5 cups  baby spinach
    1 large jar  tomato pasta bake sauce
    200g  ricotta cheese
    1 cup  grated tasty cheese

1. Heat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cook pasta as per instructions.
3. In a large dish combine vegetables, tomato sauce and pasta. Stir well.
4. Sprinkle with ricotta and tasty cheese and bake for 10-15min or until golden brown.
