    1 cup  self raising flour
    3/4 cup  white sugar
    1/4 cup  cocoa
    3/4 cup  milk
    30g  butter
    3/4 cup  brown sugar
    1/4 cup  cocoa, extra
    1 1/2 cups  hot water
    1 x  scoop ice cream per person

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Sift flour, sugar and cocoa into bowl.
3. Make a well. Gradually stir in combined milk and butter.
4. Pour mixture into a 4 cup capacity oven proof dish/casserole dish.
5. Combine brown sugar and extra cocoa in a jug. Gradually add water until mix is smooth.
6. Pour sauce very gently over pudding.
7. Place in oven for 35-45 minutes until pudding has risen and is firm to the touch.
8. Serve with ice cream.
