Options: instant coffee, almond extract, cocoa, flax
Peanut butter: 1-2 tbs pb mixed with almond milk, optional 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar into batter and bananas/cocoa nibs on skillet
Waffles: increase apple sauce to 1/4 cup. Add banana ice cream and cacao nibs on top!!
