1-2 Lbs. Sirloin Steak. 1 Lb. Button Mushrooms. 1/4 cup Chopped Onion. 1/2 Lb. Cooked, chopped Bacon. 1 TB spoon minced garlic. 1/2 cup red cooking wine. Salt and Pepper to taste. Parsley garnish.

Cook Bacon. Pan sear steak in bacon grease. Transfer to pan, cover with silver foil. Sauté mushrooms, onions and chopped, cooked bacon in red cooking wine in bacon/steak pan grease. Bring to boil till sauce thickens. Serve immediately over steak.
