1-2 Lbs. Sirloin Steak. 1 Lb. Button Mushrooms. 1/4 cup Chopped Onion. 1/2 Lb. Cooked, chopped Bacon. 1 TB spoon minced garlic. 1/2 cup red cooking wine. Salt and Pepper to taste. Parsley garnish. |
Cook Bacon. Pan sear steak in bacon grease. Transfer to pan, cover with silver foil. Sauté mushrooms, onions and chopped, cooked bacon in red cooking wine in bacon/steak pan grease. Bring to boil till sauce thickens. Serve immediately over steak.
