Son, not sure how many Mike made this for, but its a buffet recipe for 50 | |
170g | jar english seed mustard |
4 large | crushed cloves garlic |
6 tabelspoons lemon juice | |
6 tablespoons | white wine vinegar |
150 ml | vegetable oil |
5.5 kg | boiled new potatoes |
3 bunches | chopped spring onions |
salt | |
pepper to taste |
Mix mustard, garlic, lemon and vinegar togther, gradually blend in oils. Season s & p.
Toss potatoes in dressing while they are still hot, leave to cool
When cool sprinkle on spring onions.
