| 170g | jar english seed mustard |
| 4 large | crushed cloves garlic |
| 6 tabelspoons lemon juice | |
| 6 tablespoons | white wine vinegar |
| 150 ml | vegetable oil |
| 5.5 kg | boiled new potatoes |
| 3 bunches | chopped spring onions |
| salt | |
| pepper to taste | |
Mix mustard, garlic, lemon and vinegar togther, gradually blend in oils. Season s & p.
Toss potatoes in dressing while they are still hot, leave to cool
When cool sprinkle on spring onions.
