    1/2 lb  snow peas, trimmed
    2 tbsp  peanut oil
    1 lb  chicken breasts, cut into strips
      Kosher salt
      black pepper
    1 tsp  sugar
    3  garlic cloves, minced
    2 strips  orange zest
    1 large  onion, halved and thinly sliced
    1  red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 tsp  grated ginger
    2 tbsp  terriyaki sauce
1//4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp  sesame oil
    2 tbsp  chopped cilantro
      Brown Rice

Add snow peas to boiling water and cook for 15 seconds. Remove with slotted sppon and transfer to bowl of ice water.

Heat a wok over high heat. Add peanut oil. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper and add to wok and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 mins. Add the sugar, garlic, orange zest, onion, pepper and ginger and continue to stir-fry for 3 mins. Add the snow peas, terriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes and sesame oil. Continue to cook for 2-3 mins more. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over rice.
