    1/2 lb  greens
    1 clove  garlic
    1/4 cup  veggie stock
    1 tsp  red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup  cannellini beans

Cook garlic with crushed red pepper 1 min on medium high. Add stock and kale and increase heat to high. Cook five minutes covered. Remove cover and add 1/2 cup beans. cook until liquid evaporates, 2 min. Add salt, pepper, vinegar.
