2 | Chilli, seeds removed and juliened |
Lemongrass finely cupped | |
1 tbsp | Ginger grated |
1/3 cup | castor sugar |
1/3 | white vinegar |
2 tbsp | fish sauce |
Chicken breast | |
Green beans, halvesd |
Method:
Simmer the sauce for 5 mins to boil
Add chicken breast - turn
Add green beans
When cooked, serve with mint, coriander, basil leaves and half a lime on the side. Also rice.
