    2 1/2 cups  flour
    1/2 cup  unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp  baking soda
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1 cup  sugar
    3/4 cup  brown sugar
    1 cup  unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup  nutella
    2  eggs
    2 tsp  vanilla
36 caramels, unwrapped and frozen
    1/3 cup  sugar for rolling

Sift together flour, cocoa and baking soda.

In separate bowl, beat together sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in nutella, eggs and vanilla until well combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375.

Take a tbsp of dough and press a caramel into center of each ball and reshape into a ball. Place balls onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place baking sheet in freezer for 15 mins.

Bake for 10-12 mins. Cool for 5 mins before transferring to cooling rack.
