BBQ Beef Sandwiches (crock pot)

1/4 cup | ketchup |
2 TBSP | brown sugar |
2 TBSP | red wine vinegar |
1 TBSP | Dijon mustard |
1 TBSP | Worcestershire sauce |
1 clove | garlic, crushed |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | liquid smoke |
* 10 to 12 French rolls or sandwich buns, sliced in half.
1 - Place beef in 4 1/2-quart CROCK-POT slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl; pour over meat. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours.
2 - Remove beef from CROCK-POT slow cooker; shred with 2 forks.
3 - Combine beef with 1 cup sauce from CROCK-POT slow cooker. Evenly distribute meat and sauce mixture among warmed rolls.
10-12 servings.
