Courtesy of Crock Pot Recipe Collection, c 2008 INGREDIENTS: * 1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 pounds)
    1/4 cup  ketchup
    2 TBSP  brown sugar
    2 TBSP  red wine vinegar
    1 TBSP  Dijon mustard
    1 TBSP  Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove  garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  liquid smoke

* 10 to 12 French rolls or sandwich buns, sliced in half.

1 - Place beef in 4 1/2-quart CROCK-POT slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients, except rolls, in medium bowl; pour over meat. Cover; cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours.

2 - Remove beef from CROCK-POT slow cooker; shred with 2 forks.

3 - Combine beef with 1 cup sauce from CROCK-POT slow cooker. Evenly distribute meat and sauce mixture among warmed rolls.

10-12 servings.
