| 2 cups | milk |
| skim milk, alternative | |
| 1/2 pound | light brown sugar |
| 4 slices | wheat |
| white bread, alternative | |
| 2 Tbsps. | butter |
Beat eggs lightly. Add milk, sugar, crumbled bread and pour into a 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter and bake 40-45 minutes until firm and brown at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
