Mix together in a coffee mug:
    1  egg
Splash of milk
    Dash  cinnamon
Add:
    1/4 cup  rolled oats
    1 tsp  brown sugar

Large handful of blueberries or whatever fruit you like or mix them

Put in microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. (I find 2 minutes not quite enough time to cook the egg well)

Pop out onto plate. Careful, it's very hot. Good with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
