| Mix together in a coffee mug: | |
| 1 | egg |
| Splash of milk | |
| Dash | cinnamon |
| Add: | |
| 1/4 cup | rolled oats |
| 1 tsp | brown sugar |
Large handful of blueberries or whatever fruit you like or mix them
Put in microwave for 2-3 minutes on high. (I find 2 minutes not quite enough time to cook the egg well)
Pop out onto plate. Careful, it's very hot. Good with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
