    3/4 Cups  Cashews, (unsalted/lightly
-Roasted)
    75 gr  Light Brown Sugar
    113 Gr  A.P. Flour
    5 Gr  Salt
    113 Gr  Butter, (small Pieces)
    1  Eggs
    42 Gr  Ginger

Finely grind the cashews sugar. Add A.P. flour and salt to blend. Add butter and mix until pea size.
Mix in egg and ginger. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Dock first.
