    1280 Gr  Almond Paste, Robo-Coupe
    900 Gr  Yolks
    440 Gr  Eggs
    480 Gr  10x, Sifted
    380 Gr  Flour
    370 Gr  Cocoa Powder
    1200 Gr  Whites, Meringue
    480 Gr  Sugar
    360 Gr  Butter, Melted

Combine mix with dries - gently fold in meringue - fold in butter last. pour into full sheet pans, bake at 360 until done. Don't overbake!
