Casserole
    7-8 medium  to large sweet potatoes, (or yams)
    1 cup  brown sugar
    ½ cup  milk
    2  eggs
    1 stick  butter, melted
    ¾ teaspoon  cinnamon
Topping
    1 cup  brown sugar
    ½ cup  pecans, chopped
    ½ stick  butter

Cook sweet potatoes (yams), peel, and put through ricer. Blend sugar, milk, eggs, butter, and cinnamon together, mix well and pour into greased 11x14-inch cake pan. Sprinkle on top brown sugar and pecans. Spread with fork. Place pieces of butter on top.

Bake at 350?F for 30-45 minutes.

Serves 12-16.
