Rinse Chkn pieces and pat dry. Season w salt and paprika. Placed sliced veggies and bay leaf in crockpot . Place Chkn pieces on top of veggies. Pour in Chkn broth. Cover and cook on low setting for 7-12 hrs. One hr before serving, turn on high setting. Remove Chkn pieces; bone n return meat to crock pot. Make a smooth paste of flour and water and stir into liquid in crock pot. Cover and cook until thickened. Serve over hot noodles
