Italian tomato and tortellini soup

| Italian tortellini soup 4-5 hot Italian sausages | |
| 1 can | diced tomatoes |
| 1 14oz can | tomato sauce |
| 1 | chopped onion |
| 1cup | diced carrots |
| 6 cups | beef broth |
| 2 cups | chopped zucchini |
| 1 cup | chopped mushrooms |
| 1 | green pepper chopped |
| 1/4c | parsley |
| 1 package | tortellini |
Crumble sausage and cook
Sauté onion garlic and carrots
Add tomato sauce broth and sausage
Simmer approx 30 mins
Add zucchini mushroom green peppers parsley and a good grating of pepper
Simmer another 30 mins
Add tortellini and simmer 10 mins until ready to serve
