    ¾ cup  milk
    2 tablespoons  cornstarch
    1/3 cup  milk
    1 cup  granulated sugar
    1 cup  shortening and butter
    1 teaspoon  vanilla

Bring ¾ cup milk to boil. Mix cornstarch with _ cup milk and add to boiling milk. Stir until thick, let cool.

Put in large bowl sugar, shortening, butter, and vanilla. Add cooled milk mixture. Beat until thick and sugary taste is gone.
