| 1 pkg | Ichiban Seasoning packet |
| 2 tbsp. | sunflower seeds |
| 2 | green onions |
| 1 c. | sliced fresh mushrooms |
| ¼ c. | oil |
| 2 tbsp. | sugar |
| 2 tbsp. | soya sauce |
| 1 tsp. | vinegar |
| Slivered almonds, (optional) | |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste | |
