    1 lb  Red Snapper 1/4 cup white wine 2 T Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 T  soy sauce 1 1/4 T honey 1 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp  cumin 1 garlic clove

Place fish in pan. Combine next 7 ingredients. Pour over fish, cover, marinate 1 hour in refrigerator. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes
