COLD PASTA SALAD
    6 oz.  tortellini, cooked & cooled
    2 qts.  water
    1/4 c.  Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c.  broccoli, cooked & cooled
    1/4 c.  frozen peas, thawed
    1/2-1 c.  cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 c.  black olives, sliced
    4 oz.  pepperoni, chopped, (opt. for low cal)
    1/2 c.  Italian dressing
