    25  Red dried chilies
    2 Medium  garlic cloves
    1 Cup  water
    1 Tbsp.  salt
    2 Cans  peeled tomatoes

Ina pan, toast chilies on low heat, constantly turning them to roast evenly. Wash the chilies in cool water. In a blender, add one cup of water, salt and garlic cloves, and then blend completely. Then add the chilies without the stems, and the two cans of peeled tomatoes, then been to a slight chunk.
