Shrimp and, or salt meat | |
Potatoes | |
1 can | tomato sauce |
2 cans | stewed tomatoes |
Chop onion and bell pepper. Smother with corn and butter for 1/2 hour. Add tomato sauce and stewed tomato and smother for 15 minutes or until water cooked out. Add meat and water and let cook for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until they are tender.
