Parmesan Spinach and Artichokes

1/2 c. | chopped green onions |
1/2 c. | chopped celery |
1/2 c. | butter |
2 | frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained |
2 c. | sour cream |
1 (14 oz.) | artichoke hearts, chopped and drained |
1/2 tsp. | hot pepper sauce |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | pepper |
8 oz. | bacon, cooked, crumbled, divided |
1/2 c. | fresh Parmesan |
Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. In a greased baking dish, combine onion mixture, spinach, salt and pepper, sour cream, artichoke hearts and hot pepper sauce. Reserve 2 Tb. bacon, stir in remaining bacon. Sprinkle parmesan over top and garnish with bacon.
