    1/2 c.  chopped green onions
    1/2 c.  chopped celery
    1/2 c.  butter
    2   frozen chopped spinach, cooked, drained
    2 c.  sour cream
    1 (14 oz.)  artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
    1/2 tsp.  hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1/4 tsp.  pepper
    8 oz.  bacon, cooked, crumbled, divided
    1/2 c.  fresh Parmesan

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender. In a greased baking dish, combine onion mixture, spinach, salt and pepper, sour cream, artichoke hearts and hot pepper sauce. Reserve 2 Tb. bacon, stir in remaining bacon. Sprinkle parmesan over top and garnish with bacon.
