1 cup | ketchup |
2 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp | brown sugar |
2 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp | cider vinegar |
1 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 Tbsp | spicy brown mustard |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
4 | kaiser rolls |
Cut tenderloin in half - place in crockpot
Combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper - pour over pork
Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours
Remove meat & shred with two forks
Return to cooker and heat through
Serve on rolls
