This is a sausage based bake good that can be served with breakfast sausage for breakfast or any type of meat sausage for dinner. For dinner add various vegetables. | |
2 cups | flour |
1/2 tsp | salt |
3 | eggs |
5 ml | whole milk |
1 sausage per person (up to 6 people) | |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
Sweet peas | |
Carrots, onion, potatoes and Zucchini -diced and sautéed |
1. Combine AT&T the ingredients together and let set for 1 hour.
2. Sauté the vegetables if you are using any and set aside.
3. Sauté the sausages then slice.
4. Return everything to the pan and pour e batter over the hot sausage and veggies.
5. Bake at 325 for 25 - 30 min until golden brown. Cut into even pieces and serve with fresh thyme over the top.
