| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 cup | karo |
| 1 1/2 cups | chocolate chips |
| 1 cup | peanut butter |
| 6 cups | rice crispies |
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil, remove from heat add peanut butter, stir well. Add crispies, spread into 9x13 buttered pan. Spread melted chocolate chips on top. Cool and cut.
