Whole wheat pasta 1tsb olive oil | |
1/3 cup | small shrimp |
1/4 cup | chopped tomatoes |
1tsp | minced garlic |
1/2 tsp | dried Rosemary, crushed |
3 tbs | frozen peas, rinsed and drained. |
Grated Parmesan cheese |
Prepare pasta according to box
Heat olive oil in non stick pan. Add shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, and Rosemary. Sauté for 5 mins stir occasionally. Add peas and cook for additional 2 mins stirring frequently. Toss shrimp mixture w/drained pasta and top w/Parmesan cheese.
