Peanut Butter Cookies

| 1 1/2 C | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 Cube | butter, ( 1/2 cup) |
| 1/2 C | white sugar |
| 1/2 C | brown sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 C | peanut butter |
| 1/2 tsp | vanilla |
Soften butter and add sugars. Beat in egg and peanut butter. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Form into balls, about the size of a walnut. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, then flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
