Orange Chicken Salad

| 4 C | diced chicken, cooked |
| 2 C. | diced celery |
| 2 C. | oranges, sectioned |
| 1/2 C | seedless grapes |
| 1 C | chopped walnuts |
| 1/2 C. | mayonaise |
| 1 tsp | orange peel |
| 1/2 tsp | hot pepper sauce |
| 1/2 C | heavy cream, whipped |
| 1/4 C. | thawed orange juice concentrate |
Mix chicken, celery, orange, walnuts, grapes. Chill well. Mix mayonaise, orange peel, hot pepper sauce. Fold into whipped cream and fold into chicken mixture. Serveon lettuce greens or in croissants. This salad is just okay==a ltile bitter because of the orange... Good for a change.
