Heath Bar Coffee Cake

1/4 lb | butter |
2 cups | flour |
1 cup | brown sugar |
1/2 cup | white sugar |
Blend well and remove 1/2 cup. To rest of mixture add: | |
1 cup | buttermilk |
1 | egg |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Blend well and pour into greased & floured 10x14 pan.
Sprinkle topping BEFORE baking!
*Topping:
Crush finely 6 regular sized Heath Bars. Add about 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts and the 1/2 cup to reserved flour and sugar mixture. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
