Granola Bars (Jennifer Ray's Recipe)

1/4 c. | Sugar,, (or 2 Tbsp of Splenda Blend) |
1/4 c. | Maple syrup |
1/4 c. | Honey |
2 Tbsp | peanut butter |
1 | egg white,, (or 1 Tbsp of flax seed & 3 Tbsp of water) |
1 Tbsp | fat free evaporated milk |
Blend all those ingredients well (with mixer) In separate bowl, combine: | |
1 c. | Flour |
1/2 tsp | baking soda |
1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | allspice |
Mix dry and wet ingredients. Then add: | |
2c. | Old-fashioned oats |
1 and 1/2 c. Crisp Rice | |
1/3 - 1/2 c. | White choc chips |
1/4 - 1/3 c. | Dried cranberries |
Press complete mixture in greased 13x9 in pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into 24 bars.
