| 1 pt. | creamed cottage cheese |
| 1 (20 oz.) can | crushed pineapple with juice |
| 1 sm. pkg. | dry pistachio pudding mix |
| 1 (12 oz.) pkg. | Cool Whip |
| 1 1/2 c. miniature | marshmallows |
| 1 c. | broken nuts, optional |
Mix well first 3 ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients. Fruit cocktail may be used in place of pineapple. Add green food coloring for a more colorful salad. Top with maraschino cherries if desired. Refrigerate a few hours.
This can be frozen.
