| 1 cup | milk |
| 1/2 cup | heavy cream |
| 2 tbsp | pure vanilla |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 1/2 tbsp | cinnamon |
| Pinch | nutmeg |
| Pinch | salt |
| 8 slices | thick bread |
Directions:
Whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
Place the bread in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold the bread slices in a single layer. Pour egg mixture over bread.
