    1 pkg.  Ronzoni Garden Delight Penne Rigate
    1 lb  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1/2 cup  lemon juice
    1/4 cup  chicken stock
    11/2 tsp  minced garlic
    1tsp  grated lemon rind
      Chopped parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions. Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise and then crosswise three times to make eight pieces per breast hallf. Brown chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated with vegetable spray. Add lemon juice, chicken stock, minced garlic and 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind. Simmer until chicken is tender. Toss with hot cooked penne and parsley.

Makes 6 servings.
