Ingredients
      Potatoes
    1 small  sour cream
    1 can  cream of celery
    3/4 cup  velvetta cheese
    3/4 stick  butter

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Slice and cook potatoes. Boil for a few minutes. Mix sour cream, cream of celery, chopped onions, and velvetta cheese. Melt stick of butter in baking dish. Add all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper for taste. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
