    175g  butter
    175g  lavender butter
    8tbsps  Carnation condensed milk
    1  egg beaten
    175g  plain flour
    115g  sr flour

Gas mark 4
Beat butter,sugar and condensed milk until pale and creaming beat in the egg then sift in the flours work with a spoon and then your hands to form soft dough refrigerate for 30 mins.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to the thickness of a £1 coin cut into shapes

Transfer to tray bake for 8-10 mins
