Slice into 1/2" thick patties Towel off moisture. Pan fry with oil in low heat for 5-7 mins until golden brown.
    1 clove  minced garlic
    1  chopped green onion
    1 t  hot pepper flakes
    1 t  sugar
      honey, alternative
    2 t  soy sauce
    2 t  sesame oil

Spoon sauce evenly over tofu. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds just before serving.
